About the ISC-symposium
Since 1969, each May, the ISC-symposium at the university of St.Gallen provides a platform for dialogue between generations and among nations and cultures. At the ISC-symposium, the elite of business, politics, and society converges with highly motivated and qualified students from all over the world .It is the most influential one among the same kind of international conferences during the Symposium. Many political figures and business entrepreneurs are invited as honored guests, delivering speeches and discussing directly with the participants.
    The ISC-symposium is entirely organized by the International Students Committee (ISC). With the goal of creating open dialogues between the leaders of today and the students who will be the leaders tomorrow. In accordance with its statutes, the ISC advocates the maintenance and continued development of a liberal economic, and social order. It does so by choosing a topic among the issues of global concern in politics, economics, and social development. As the theme of the next year.
The ISC encourages creative thinking. Participants can use any proper way to express his understanding of the topic, such as thesis, novel, slide show, flash, etc.. Any students in colleges including postgraduates, doctoral candidates can take part in the ISC by downloading the application form from the ISC web site and sending your words, application form along with some essential papers to organizing committee of the ISC.
